Shipping policy

We prepare and ship every art kit from Puerto Rico with care.

Processing Time

• Orders are packed within 1–3 business days.
• During holidays or special sales, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Options

• Puerto Rico: USPS Priority or First Class.
• Free Local Delivery available in select areas (San Juan, Guaynabo, Carolina, Bayamón).
• Free Shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout when applicable.
• Once shipped, tracking information is sent via email.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for new shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once USPS marks a package as delivered, we cannot replace or refund missing items.

If your order is lost in transit (never delivered), we will help you file a USPS claim and arrange a replacement when possible.
