1. What’s included in each art kit?
Every kit comes with:
- 8x10 canvas
- Acrylic paints (colors may vary slightly based on availability)
- 2 brushes
- Mixing plate
- Pencil
- Template + tracing paper
- Step-by-step printed instructions
- Disposable apron
(Easel sold separately.)
2. Are the kits safe for kids?
Yes — our acrylic paints are non-toxic and safe for craft use.
Important Safety Notes:
- Paints are for canvas or paper only — not for body or face painting.
- Kits include small parts and tools.
- Adult supervision is required for all children.
- Not recommended for children under 3 years old due to small parts.
With adult supervision, children can enjoy a creative and fun experience.
3. What ages do you recommend?
For the best experience:
- Ages 6–9: With adult help and supervision
- Ages 10+: Can typically work independently
Teens and adults also enjoy the kits — they are calming, fun, and beginner-friendly.
4. How long does each project take to complete?
On average, 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the design and the painter’s pace.
5. Do the kits come with instructions?
Yes — every kit includes printed, step-by-step instructions to guide you through the painting.
The process is simple, relaxing, and beginner-friendly.
6. Can I choose the paint colors?
Each kit comes with a curated color palette based on the artwork.
Colors may vary slightly depending on availability, but the style will always match the design shown.
7. Do you ship outside of Puerto Rico?
At the moment, we ship within Puerto Rico only, including free local delivery in select areas.

8. Do you offer bulk orders or corporate kits?
Yes! We offer special pricing for:
- Corporate team-building
- Private groups
- Birthdays
- Family events
- Schools and organizations
Minimum 10 participants for group pricing.

9. What if my order arrives damaged or missing items?
Please take photos and contact us within 7 days.
We’ll gladly send replacements or store credit.
(All sales are final except for damaged/wrong/missing items.)
10. My colors look different from the photo — is this normal?
Yes — all kits are hand-prepared, so slight variations in paint shades or templates are normal.
Your final painting will still follow the design and look beautiful.
11. Do you offer workshops or events?
Yes! Aqua Arte offers:
- Team-building experiences
- Private paint parties
- Family activities
- Retreats and special events

12. Can I buy an easel?
Yes — easels are available as an add-on for $5.00 while supplies last.
13. Is Aqua Arte art therapy or mental health treatment?
No. Aqua Arte and Aqua Arte Shop offer creative art experiences designed for personal exploration and expression. Aqua Arte, Aqua Arte Shop, their owner, employees, and collaborators are not art therapists, psychotherapists, counselors, or medical professionals.
No services, products, or content provided by Aqua Arte or Aqua Arte Shop constitute art therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapeutic advice.
Participation in all Aqua Arte experiences is voluntary and self-directed. For mental health, psychological, or medical concerns, participants are encouraged to seek support from a licensed professional.
14. Do I need art experience or artistic skills to participate?
No. Aqua Arte experiences are designed to be accessible and inclusive. No prior art experience or technical skill is required. The focus is on personal expression and exploration, not on artistic performance or results.
15. What is the purpose of Aqua Arte art kits and experiences?
Aqua Arte experiences are created to offer a quiet, intentional space for creativity and personal exploration through art. Each experience invites participants to engage at their own pace and interpret the process in their own way.
There is no expected outcome, meaning, or result. The experience itself is what matters, and each person’s process is respected.
16. Can Aqua Arte replace therapy or professional support?
No. Aqua Arte experiences are not a replacement for professional mental health, psychological, or medical care. Individuals seeking support for emotional, psychological, or medical concerns should consult licensed professionals.
